My Senior loved one can't handle an iPad.  What should I do?

How does a Senior get logged out of the Connected Life app?

Typically, there is no reason for a Senior to ever log out of our app.  It may add confusion as they may struggle to get logged back in.

 

However, if they are capable, or if you are helping out:

  • In AutoPlay mode:  Tap their name at the bottom left corner.  A popup will appear.
  • In Interactive mode:  Tap our Connected Life logo at the upper left corner.  A popup will appear.
